Good quality sleep means undisturbed sleep for at least 8 hours each night. 

Take up a new hobby

Finally, you might like to find yourself a hobby to keep distracted. Distracting yourself and being happy while doing it will rid the body of stress and tension. Being happy has been known to lower your heart rate, so feeling content with life is important. Find something you truly enjoy and make time each day or week to do it.
