“Socially Distant Vacationing” is a fast-growing trend in these unprecedented times. And while there are many camping and outdoor activities geared towards safety and social distance, there are also many luxury options in Arizona!

Vacationers are looking for beautiful hotel rooms and villas offering amenities such as private pools or personal sundecks, and increased exclusivity such as private entrances that limit the chance of contact with other guests.

Arizona offers a range of luxurious options from the majestic Grand Canyon to glamping under the stars.

Amara Resort and Spa

People are not only looking for new ways to vacation, but they are looking for ways to work remotely as well.

Arizona

The Amara Resort and Spa has just launched their “Work From Here, Learn From Here” program allowing guests who have had enough meetings at their coffee tables to set up their own personalized workspace, complete with a 750-square-foot-space that allows them to set up their own private classroom or office with whiteboards, a speakerphone, printing station and even a screen projector for presentations!

Amara can also provide guests with on-call executive assistants or teacher’s aides that can assist with day-to-day tasks like sending faxes, setting up audio/visual devices, and handling shipping assignments.  While Amara is just steps from the hustle and bustle of Sedona’s uptown shopping, dining and cultural hub, the resort is nestled on the banks of Oak Creek, which makes it feel worlds away.

Enchantment Resort

With their recently redesigned Casitas and suites, this is the only resort in Sedona that offers a suite that has both a private sundeck and its own pool!

Arizona

Enchantment Resort offers 218 rooms that feature a private deck or patio overlooking the grandeur of Boynton Canyon and covers 70 acres at the base of the canyon.

Sedona

Guests have the option to check-in to a one or two-bedroom suite, Casita studio or guest room, or one of their luxurious pool suites that offer guests their own private patio, viewing deck and pool.

Enchantment boasts 140 weekly activities, fine Sedona dining and exclusive wine pairings, as well as the award-winning, on-site Mii amo spa.

Boulders Resort and Spa Scottsdale, Curio Collection by Hilton

Boulders Resort & Spa Scottsdale, is situated on 1,300 acres and is surrounded by 12-million-year-old granite boulders.

At this resort, guests can choose between casitas, villas and suites, all which open to the inviting Sonoran Desert. Those boulders we’re referencing? You can rock climb on property with expert guides who will push your boundaries!

Guests are welcome to rent one of their many beautiful room options, including their Maricopa suite that has its own bedroom with king size bed, living area with queen sleeper sofa, and a spa bathroom.
