Welcome back to The Code of Style, and this feature about The Ultimate Jewelry Gift Guide for this holiday season, with jewelry designed by women for women.
You’re making your list, and checking it twice, and you’re still missing some gifts for your loved ones. Well, a beautiful piece of jewelry will always be appreciated and whether you’re looking for a sparkling stocking filler or a piece that will last a lifetime, our ultimate jewelry gift guide has got you covered.
When it comes to style, jewelry is the icing on the cake, and enables you to inject a bit of your personality into your look. We all have different tastes in jewelry, some like classic, simple jewellery, others like statement pieces, some like silver, some like gold or rose gold, but we all agree that it completes any outfit.
It is also a great way to experiment with a new trend without spending a fortune or changing your entire wardrobe, it creates a focal point for your outfit, it adds a pop of colour to a neutral outfit or brings together all the colours in your look.
It is also a stylish and simple way to transition from day to night, without having to change your entire outfit. Simply swap a simple gold chain for a statement necklace, add some sparkly earrings or a cuff bracelet and you’re ready for a night out!
Another reason I love jewellery and why it also makes such a great gift is that you don’t have to worry about what size to get! And jewelry doesn’t care about ‘fat days’.
It used to be tricky finding affordable jewelry that looked amazing but now there are lots of brands that you can find being worn by celebrities all over Instagram, and whether you’re treating yourself or looking for something for a beautiful gift, you really can’t go too far wrong with something from one of my favorite brands, which are all female-owned, so you are also supporting women in business when you make a purchase.
I’ve selected my favorite picks that are perfect for holiday gift buying, or even treating yourself. So, get comfy, sit down with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee (depending what time of day it is where you are) and have a look for some inspiration.
Just click on the images of the products you’re interested in to go directly to that page on the shop’s website.
The Ultimate Jewelry Gift Guide
I have picked a selection of pieces from each of my favorite brands, which are all female-owned, and I am also sharing with you their Black Friday Offers below.
Ele Keats Jewelry : Harnessing the healing power of gemstones
Designer, actress, and business owner Ele Keats founded her jewelry treasure trove, the brand that is harnessing the healing power of gemstones, and which you can see dazzling the bodies of Goldie Hawn, Kate Hudson, and Selma Blair, shortly after a breakthrough year in 2004, when a trusted mentor advised her that she needed to wear an emerald for its healing and protective qualities.
After searching far and wide, but being unable to find exactly what she had envisioned, she decided to take her search for the perfect emerald necklace into her own hands. She created her signature Divinity Necklace and the Ele Keats Jewelry brand was born.
Ele focuses on the healing and supportive aspects of each gem. After many years of working with crystals and gems, she is attuned to the stones, and she considers her pieces “gem medicine”. With a deep understanding of the intimacy of jewelry, her intention is twofold: to make each piece beautiful, whilst bearing in mind the healing properties of the stone.
She works only with ethical stones and takes every measure to ensure that the process of creating the jewelry from start to finish is done with mindfulness and consideration to the earth and all its beings. Ele’s policy is to only work with kind-hearted people. From buying the gemstones, crystals, and gold to those who make the finished product, her care and involvement in all aspects is all done with love.
A Crystal Shepherd, Ele is a natural treasure hunter of the earth. She follows her inner guidance when choosing crystals and is always grateful to unite the crystals with their human companions.
Ele truly cares about her customers. She values building lasting, meaningful relationships with her clients and cares deeply about how the healing properties of crystals and gemstones can enhance one’s life. You can find out more about Ele in this interview.
With your purchase, you will receive a crystal card explaining the healing qualities of each crystal and gemstone, and Ele and her team take great care to offer a positive and uplifting experience for all who enter their doors.
Here are a few of my favorite picks from the collection. Just click on the image to go through to the website, and I wanted to share with you her Black Friday offer : Ele Keats is offering 20% OFF sitewide from Black Friday to Cyber Monday, so it’s the perfect time to buy a gift or treat yourself! Use Code 20THANKS at checkout.

About Ele Keats: Ele Keats was born in Paris, and raised in Europe, New York and Los Angeles. She is the eldest of two daughters. Her mother, a Ford model, traveled extensively with the girls, introducing them to a variety of cultures, which gave them a broad perspective of the world. At age 17, she joined her mother and sister on a spiritual trip to India which marked the beginning of her love affair with gemstones. 2004 was a breakthrough year for Ele. She received guidance from a trusted mentor, and she learned that she needed to wear an Emerald for its healing and protective qualities. Searching far and wide, she couldn’t find exactly what she had envisioned, leading her to design her own necklace which she still wears today: The Divinity Emerald, and that was the start of Ele Keats Jewelry collection.

About the founder of Short & Suite : Reidie MacDonald grew up in Minnesota and was infatuated with fashion from a young age. Much of her childhood consisted of setting up an imaginary fashion enterprise with her three siblings, and that love of accessories only continued to grow well into her adult life. After graduating from the University of Vermont, Reidie immediately moved into the fashion world as a design assistant at Cobra Society. There, she specialized in handwoven Moroccan textiles and Spanish leather boots. She traveled to the Middle Atlas Mountains and Spain sourcing materials and getting design inspiration from their diverse cultures. This is where she fell in love with the art of putting meaning behind design. She then worked at Missoni and later stepped into the highly sought after position of managing Ready-To-Wear Sales at Valentino. After many wonderful years at Valentino, Reidie helped build Brock Collection from the ground up as the Global Director of Sales. Reidie loves to love. Every year she writes hundreds of love letters to family and friends for Valentine’s Day, which is why Short & Suite comes with a handwritten note with every order. With her history in luxury fashion, her love of travel and her gift of storytelling, founding her own company was a natural next step for Reidie. She has always been passionate about creating pieces that are not only beautiful, but also classic and meaningful.
