Short & Suite is no stranger to a celebrity following. The brand (launched in 2020), has already been spotted on Miranda Kerr, Bella Hadid, Emily Ratajkowski, Emma Chamberlain, January Jones and other notable names. The most popular styles have been their “chunky gem” rings, chokers, and hoops.
The newest collection, CANDYLAND, includes brand new chunky shapes and an array of colors perfect for the Summer. The collection includes eleven new rings, with colors ranging from a subtle light pink to bold blue raspberry and lime! The collection also offers an affordable price point between $88.00 up to $145.00.
The colors are based off of places I’ve traveled or places I want to go. They all have that elegance and luxury to them. Everything is completely branded, including the tissue paper, the stickers, and the packaging. It’s all very luxurious. We are all a part of the Suiteheart world!

And, as you treat yourself, you are also treating others! During the pandemic, Short & Suite created a program, “Suite-Giving” which gave back to various organizations on a monthly basis.
Every month, a percentage of sales or a piece from the collection was donated to a charitable organization. Short & Suite has donated to In My Scrubs, St. Anne’s and Girl Powerful with new partnerships added every month. So far, they have donated over $2,000 to these initiatives along with their most popular pieces to the doctors and nurses as part of the give back program.

About the founder of Short & Suite : Reidie MacDonald is the founder of Los Angeles based jewelry brand, Short & Suite.
Reidie grew up in Minnesota and was infatuated with fashion from a young age. Much of her childhood consisted of setting up an imaginary fashion enterprise with her three siblings, and that love of accessories only continued to grow well into her adult life.
After graduating from the University of Vermont, Reidie immediately moved into the fashion world as a design assistant at Cobra Society. There, she specialized in handwoven Moroccan textiles and Spanish leather boots. She traveled to the Middle Atlas Mountains and Spain sourcing materials and getting design inspiration from their diverse cultures. This is where she fell in love with the art of putting meaning behind design. She then worked at Missoni and later stepped into the highly sought after position of managing Ready-To-Wear Sales at Valentino. After many wonderful years at Valentino, Reidie helped build Brock Collection from the ground up as the Global Director of Sales.
Reidie loves to love. Every year she writes hundreds of love letters to family and friends for Valentine’s Day, which is why Short & Suite comes with a handwritten note with every order.
With her history in luxury fashion, her love of travel and her gift of storytelling, founding her own company was a natural next step for Reidie. She has always been passionate about creating pieces that are not only beautiful, but also classic and meaningful.
