Try to have at least 30 mins with no phone or tablet before you go to sleep; perhaps consider reading a book instead. By limiting how much you choose to use a device before bed, you are giving yourself as much chance as possible to enjoy a successful night of sleep. 

Get the Temperature Right

Having the right temperature in the room before you go to sleep is really important. This is something that will help you go a long way towards being able to improve your sleep and have a more restful night. You have to make sure the temperature is not too hot and not too cold, and this is something that you need to keep in mind when trying to improve your sleep.

Try to Have a Routine

Routine is so important when it comes to trying to get a better and more fulfilling night of sleep. There are so many things to think about and boxes you need to tick, so it is important to try to get this sorted as much as possible. Getting enough sleep is massively important, and those of us who don’t get what we need often suffer from overtiredness and are much slower and more labored with being able to do daily tasks. From a health and productivity viewpoint, it is really important to make sure you have a system in place that is allowing you to get as much sleep as possible.
